As I checked my email this morning, I was notified if you book a stay on the Hyatt app, you can earn 500 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points for each stay from September 1 to November 30, 2016.

As the Thanksgiving holiday season is quickly approaching, why not earn a quick and easy 500 Hyatt Gold Passport points for hotel you were going to book anyway.

Below is a the Terms and Conditions from Hyatt.com concerning the promotion:

Only one 500 bonus point bonus may be earned per member, per stay, regardless of how many rooms are booked. This offer is subject to the complete terms and conditions of Hyatt Gold Passport. Please allow 2-3 weeks after stay is completed for points to be credited to account.

I will be contacting Hyatt to see if cancel and rebookings via mobile are allowed. Personally, I currently have 3 stays already booked in this time frame that were difficult to find availability. I probably will not risk canceling my current stays just to rebook, because sometimes, award stays can take a while to return to the hotel inventory. Nevertheless, 500 points is 500 points.
